strawberry slices

A few orange slices

Substitutes & Variations:

  • Swap ginger ale for lemonade or sparkling water for a different twist.
  • Add a splash of apple or orange juice for extra fruitiness.
  • Use basil instead of mint for a herbal change.

Cooking Instructions:

In a jug or large glass, muddle the mint leaves gently to release their flavour.
Add the cucumber, strawberry, and orange slices.
Pour in the non-alcoholic Pimm's alternative.
Fill the jug/glass with ice cubes.
Top up with ginger ale and gently stir to combine everything.

To Serve:

  • Pour the mocktail into glasses, ensuring each glass gets a good mix of fruit and mint. 🥒🍓🍊
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint or a cucumber ribbon for that extra pizzazz!

Notes:

  • Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of ginger ale.
  • Can be made in advance, just add the ginger ale before serving.
