Description:

This delightful mocktail combines the rich, fruity flavours of blackcurrant cordial with the fizzy lift of soda. It's a bubbly, sweet, and tangy treat perfect for sunny days or a cozy afternoon!

Fresh blackcurrants and a lemon slice for garnish

Substitutes & Variations:

  • Cordial Substitute: Elderflower cordial or raspberry cordial for a twist.
  • Soda Substitute: Sparkling water or lemonade for extra zest.
  • Add a splash of lime juice or a few mint leaves for a fresh kick!

Cooking Instructions:

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour 50ml of blackcurrant cordial over the ice.
Slowly add 150ml of soda water.
Gently stir to combine.

To Serve:
