Fresh blackcurrants and a lemon slice for garnish

Substitutes & Variations:
Cordial Substitute: Elderflower cordial or raspberry cordial for a twist.
Soda Substitute: Sparkling water or lemonade for extra zest.
Add a splash of lime juice or a few mint leaves for a fresh kick!
Cooking Instructions:
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour 50ml of blackcurrant cordial over the ice.
Slowly add 150ml of soda water.
